At BW Offshore, we have an array of ways to work and collaborate with our suppliers in the buying process.  For a seamless and efficient experience, we have developed our very own Business-to-Business (B2B) Procurement Portal for our fleet operations procurement.

The BW Offshore B2B Procurement Portal is a secured gateway for our fleet operations purchasing team and vendors to exchange procurement data.  It enables our vendors to access our Request for Quotations (RFQs), submit their bides and receive their Purchase Orders (POs) in a few clicks of a button.

Vendors will be invited to register and provide quotations on our B2B Procurement Portal by our purchasing team based on current business requirements.

As a cybersecurity measure, the invite will not contain any hyperlinks to the portal. Vendors are encouraged to copy and paste the directory path onto their internet browser or access the portal through our official webpage.
